Hey! I’m Matthew Junker. People know me as Junkbox on Instagram. I’m a Knoxville, TN based photographer, but more than anything, I’m someone who loves working with people and helping them bring their ideas to life. I’m drawn to urban and natural environments, moments that feel real and unforced, and images that feel like you were actually there when they were taken.

What matters most to me is collaboration. I love meeting new people, hearing what they have in mind, and taking on the challenge of making their vision the priority. Whether you come in with a fully formed concept or just a rough idea, my goal is to listen closely and build something that feels true to you. Over time, I developed my style by sharing my work and experimenting creatively, especially through platforms like Instagram. That process pushed me to refine my perspective while staying curious and adaptable which are qualities I bring into every client project.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with brands like Logitech, OtterBox, Ben Hogan Golf, Vessel, and others, but no matter the scale, each project gets the same level of attention and care. I believe photography is about more than just the final image. Every photo carries a story, a moment, or a feeling, and I try to honor that by creating work that feels meaningful, not something that gets forgotten in a folder or lost in storage.
